We’re not purchasing existing real estate for resale (i.e. “flipping”). We build from the ground up. We start with the land and decide on the best build based on location and current market trends. Rather than subcontracting, we employee as much of our crew as possible, which provides consistent, top quality work. This means fewer repairs, which means higher returns for investors.

We’re also not buying up as much property as possible in as many locations as possible. We combine extensive industry knowledge and key relationships to acquire prime pieces of land in highly sought out communities in the Austin area - specifically Lago Vista, Lakeway, and Taylor.

With over 30 years of construction and development experience, we know which properties are the right fit at the right time.

With each piece of land, we’re always looking for the right exit strategy (e.g. hold, build and sell, or build and rent). By keeping multiple exit strategies open on projects, we can make real-time decisions based on market fluctuations that provide optimal returns.

We understand the risks involved and study market dynamics in order to make the best possible decisions for investors. We know how important your investment is to your family, so we are careful and resourceful with the assets entrusted to us. And our money is invested right alongside yours—so, we are motivated to work for solid returns.

If you’re a qualified investor, you can schedule an initial 30-minute call with someone on our team to answer specific questions about the investment process. We take time to build a unique relationship with each investor to help you understand what is available to you and how to best steward your resources.

Once you are confirmed as a qualified investor, you’ll gain access to see example returns from past projects and view current offerings.

As an investor, you won’t only start building a secure foundation for your own family. You will also watch as your money makes a difference in the lives of some of the poorest people in the world. Currently, investors are supporting missionaries in South America and Africa who are working to provide clean water, healthy food, education, and much needed medical supplies.
