Rather than subcontracting, we employee as much of our crew as possible, which provides consistent, top quality work. This means fewer repairs, which means higher returns for investors.
We’re also not buying up as much property as possible in as many locations as possible. We combine extensive industry knowledge and key relationships to acquire prime pieces of land in highly sought out communities in the Austin area - specifically Lago Vista, Lakeway, and Taylor.
