Rod Cordsen, like so many others, has experienced first-hand the devastation of financial setbacks from unpredictable and shifting markets. It’s what motivated him in 2018 to build a business from the ground up that would provide ethical, recession-resistant investment opportunities through local, micro-market real estate projects.

With more than 30 years of industry experience, Rod knew God had given him the skills and tools to build quality homes that people would love and that his own family would want to live in. But he also knew God was calling his family to do more. They wanted to build things that would help people. They wanted to build foundations under people that would create lasting legacies for families. And not just for investors, but for families around the world.

So, they invested and God multiplied. Over the years, they’ve been able to build solid foundations for missionary families around the world to help them stay on the field and serve in their calling. Through the contributions of investors, these missionaries are reaching some of the poorest and most underserved people on the planet.
